Maths

Times Tables
Recap your 3x table. Can you say it forwards and backwards? Can you write out the multiples of 3? Try saying it whilst bouncing on the spot (or on your trampoline) or try counting up in multiples as you walk up the stairs and then say the multiples backwards when you are coming downstairs. Writing
See the Power Point attached. Today we will be describing a setting again using our exciting noun phrases, adverbs and prepositions. We're off to Ancient Egypt today!

Reading
Please spend 20 minutes enjoying reading a text from home today. Perhaps you could take a look at the First News newspaper that I uploaded yesterday, read a story, a chapter book or a non fiction text. You could read to a grown up, tell your teddies a story or enjoy reading to yourself. Escape into the wonderful world of books Robins.
Spellings
Have a go at reading, saying in a sentence and spelling words with the suffix ‘ture’
adventure (adventuring, adventures, adventured)
mixture (mixtures, mixing, mixed, mixers)
capture (capturing, captured)
future (futuristic)
picture (pictures, pictured, picturing)
I will add a new word each day and we can have a little quiz this Friday. Why not create a "Roll and Spell" game to learn these words or do your own spelling scribble/doode?
Worship
Robins, enjoy a fabulous worship delievered by another Open The Book team which tells the Bible story of The Storm on the Lake. Do you remeber their song? "I wonder if you've heard, that this is God's own word, it's full of special things...."
