Our Christian Values are Hope, Respect, Friendship, Love, Courage, Forgiveness

Week beginning 9.3.20

Date: 5th Mar 2020 @ 8:23pm

An absolutely wonderful effort from all Goldfinches on our World Book Day on Wednesday. Everyone looked fantastic and thank you for all the efforts you made to create such fantastic costumes.

We enjoyed the fun but very thought provoking Adrift play on Wednesday afternoon which has provided an excellent hook for our new Homes topic.

Diaries: please support your child to write the name of the books they are reading into their diaries as this helps us to monitor their progress and choices (this includes school books, free choice books and books from home) We are still aiming for our children to try and read daily for approximately 15 mins and we would still like them to read aloud to an adult for some of their home reads. Thank you for your support with this.
