Home learning Week 2- 3.4.20

Date: 29th Mar 2020 @ 4:24pm

Hi Skylarks and parents,

Wow, well done you have completed two full weeks of learning at home. How have you found it? Hard, exciting, weird? Parents, I cannot thank you enough for all the time you have dedicated to making sure that your child is still continuing their learning. You have now earnt yourself a 2 week holiday. Today, we would have been breaking up for the Easter holidays, a time that should be spent having fun with family and doing exciting things that you love. As we are still experiencing a lockdown, it makes it virtually impossible to go out exploring and completing activities outside of your home. Please make sure you are still completing a walk a day to get some fresh air and to help you to remain hopeful and positive!

I have been continuing to draw and completing boxercise exercises to ensure that I am staying physically and mentally healthy!

Yesterday's riddle answer: A stamp

If you do go out for your daily walk, please remember to not touch your eyes, nose or mouth with your hands! Remember to wash your hands after you have been outside to stop the spread of this nasty virus.

Message from Mrs Powell:

Good morning children, It may not feel like it but we are all very lucky to have each other. What are you going to do today to make it different from yesterday, we never get today again. What will you do today? How will you use it? Will you draw a picture? Do some PE? Help someone at home? I’m keeping a diary so that I can remember how I made each day count, could you? Stay safe and remember this: “I think we dream so we don’t have to be apart for so long. If we’re in each other’s dreams, we can be together all the time.”

“You will never have this day again. So make it count”

Take care Skylarks!
