Good morning Goldfinches and Happy Friday!

I feel like this week has passed pretty quickly.

Yesterday my children had another go at the ISEEMaths online lessons and they enjoyed them. We did some mapping work to go with our projects- Toby found out where different types of seals live and drew them on the world map, Lola has been finding out about the endangered Pangolin and used maps to locate their habitats and Amelie has been researching the Mayan civilisation so used maps to locate where in the world they used to live. We all enjoyed playing the World-geography-game.com to help us too. (I have attached some maps in case you would like any for your rivers or volcanoes reserach.

Message from Mrs Powell

“You will never have this day again. So make it count”

Good morning children, It may not feel like it but we are all very lucky to have each other. What are you going to do today to make it different from yesterday, we never get today again. What will you do today? How will you use it? Will you draw a picture? Do some PE? Help someone at home? I’m keeping a diary so that I can remember how I made each day count, could you?

Stay safe and remember this: “I think we dream so we don’t have to be apart for so long. If we’re in each other’s dreams, we can be together all the time.”
