It has been wonderful to see the children so busy at the junk modelling station in class. If you have any clean plastic tubs/tubes/egg boxes please can you send them in so that we can add them to our collection. Thank you.

This week, parents evening appointment times will be going home in the book bags. If there is a problem with your appointment time or you don't think you have an appointment please let us know. 

We are starting our new Refugee project this week in school and Owls class will be looking at the story 'Something Else.' The children will be drawing pictures of their friends and writing what makes their friend special. 

In Maths, we will be adding numbers up to 10 by combining two groups. We will use numicon to help us and start to record our number sentences. Any adding you can do at home will be greatly beneficial. We will be looking at counting on using a number track. 

Please remember to record all the reading that you do at home in the reading diary, If your child reads at least 3x they receive a raffle ticket.
