Good morning my lovely Toucans! I hope you all had a lovely weekend. Keep smiling and just do as much as you can.

I will attach an updated timetable this week. I have added some more websites for you to have a look at and also added to our daily subject projects. Don’t worry if you didn’t get everything done on last week’s timetable, just keep working at your own pace as I know your family will have other plans for some days. Remember it is your happiness that is paramount to us and not how much home learning you get done.

Today I would like you to write a short silly story using the words that we learned last week – deliberate, vigour, whimsical, forlorn and pungent. You should know what each of these words mean now and make sure you are spelling them correctly.

Log onto this website https://whiterosemaths.com/homelearning/year-6/ click on Week 2 and then complete Lesson 1 on Calculating scale factors. Look at the video and then do the activity in your books. The answers are also there for you to check.
