Good morning Toucans! I hope you are all keeping well and looking after your families. Let’s hope the sun keeps shining and we can continue to enjoy the outdoors. I hope you are having lots of active breaks.

I’m not running today. I have decided I will just run every second day and complete the Joe Wick’s workout daily and the day that I don’t run I’ll keep active by using Go Noodle and 5 A Day.

We all have more time, are you thinking about the things you like to do at home and at school.  Please tell someone all about it and keep talking, it is great to talk! Mrs Powell

hope you are going to have a go at drawing or painting some Toucans. I’d love to see your photos on Twitter.

Remember, just do as much Home Learning as you can and work at your own pace. I’ll give some guidelines for what you could do each day but just use this time to do more of what you love to do. Please keep reading and do at least one Maths and Writing activity each day.

Word of the day – whimsical

Every day we will give you a word which you must learn and complete some related tasks with it.

1. In your home learning book write this word 3 times in your best handwriting.
2. Specify which word class it is e.g. noun, adjective, pronoun etc.
3. Find a synonym for this word
4. Find an antonym for this word
5. Write it in a super sentence using an exclamation mark

Choose a page from you CGP book that you know you need to revise and play TT Rock Stars

Creative Time

Try one of the activities from the Lego or Drawing activities that I will upload
