Thursday 26th March

Date: 26th Mar 2020 @ 8:30am

Happy Thursday Robins!

We are nearly at the end of our first week learning from home! I have woken up feeling very positive and grateful this morning that we are all able to stay at home and keep ourselves safe during this strange time. I started my day with some yoga to help me feel relaxed and ready for my day. Why not give it a go too? J I have attached a link to a video just for children but there are lots more on YouTube:

If you are feeling a little bit sad or fed up, take a look at the Resilience Toolkit I have attached below. It will give you lots of positive ways you can look after your mind and brain during our time off school.

How are you getting on at home? Have you managed to do some work from your packs yet? Don’t worry if you haven’t got lots completed – just do what you can each day and remember to have fun! I hope you are all helping mums and dads around the house too like we chatted about. I know just how super you all are at tidying up!

It has been really super to see some of you completing the Lego Challenge!! If you try one of the challenges at home, please tweet me a picture @LostockGralamPr (I have attached it again below).

Stay positive, keep smiling and remember “A day without laughter is a day wasted” (one of my favourite Winnie the Pooh quotes).

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me via email or Twitter J

Enjoy your day! Speak tomorrow!

“It never hurts to keep looking for sunshine.” - Eeyore

Dear children, I have a challenge for everyone to do in your house.  Can you think of three lovely things to happen each day, then either tell them to someone in your house or write them down?  I’m going to do this and hopefully we will all try and find our own sunshine.
