Home learning- 24.3.20

Date: 23rd Mar 2020 @ 11:18am

Hi Skylarks and parents,

I hope you had a lovely first day completing fun activities and just generally trying to get used to this new, unfamiliar situation. The weather was great again so I hope you managed to spend some family time out in the sunshine.

Today's riddle:

What belongs to you, but other people use it more than you?

Yesterday's riddle answer: Your fingers

Please work through your packs at your own pace, choosing the activities that you do in the morning (maths, comprehension or spelling). In the afternoon, you will complete a project which is explained and links are given on the timetable attachment. If you need any help, please tweet or tweet the work that you have produced as I would love to see what amazing work you are doing at home!

Remember you can learn in many other ways: learning to cook your favourite food, hoovering, washing the dishes, working the washing machine, gardening, etc.

Message from Mrs Powell:

“When you see someone putting on his Big Boots, you can be pretty sure that an Adventure is going to happen.” Winnie the Pooh

Dear children, We have all started on a strange adventure, I wonder what we will learn to do over the next few months? I think you will find that your parents are the best teachers! Enjoy any activity you do for the first time, we are going to make bread in my house!

Thank you for your continued suppport.
